To whom it may concern:

It has been my great pleasure to work with Stephen Snow during his tenure at the Palace Danbury. As Artistic Director, Stephen had the supreme challenge of resurrecting one of the great cultural centers in the state of Connecticut. And it was no easy task given the immense amount of work necessary to run a theatre the size of the Palace. However, I have never known a more dedicated and passionate individual than Stephen.

During the time that we worked together I watched as Stephen went about bringing life back to the Palace. Not only was he diligent, he was also extremely adept at negotiating with performers to bring in first-class talent on very tight budgets. Stephen served as the face, the voice and the soul of the Palace Danbury. In short, he wore many hats and they all fit him very well.

In closing I would like to say that anyone who hires Stephen will be making a very wise decision,
and will be obtaining the most dedicated individual I have ever had the pleasure to work with. My
only hope is that I will have the opportunity to work with Stephen again in the future.
